Wisp Woods on Pinterest

18 Jun. 2012 Posted by dulschm

Pinterest has a great feel to it. It is impossible to visit that site and not come away inspired and ready to build something.

I couldn't agree more with what David Pogue, of the New York Times, said - "On Pinterest, the tone seems to be ‘Wouldn’t this be great?’"

I signed up for Pinterest right away and I really enjoy "Pin"-ing photos from others and photos of stuff that I've made.

.
If you haven't already, I encourage you to hop on Pinterest. You are sure to find great ideas for whatever you are into to get you even more excited about DOING it!

You can follow me on Pinterest by clicking here.

Two of my favorite boards are:

Great Ideas In Wood, where I post things that I would love to build.

And Art From My House, which is my brag wall where you can find most of my latest projects.

As I sit here next to my small library of woodworking books, I can say that I hardly lack for sources of inspiration. But Pinterest does something that no book can ever do. It is constantly updated and always current. It is a thrill to be connected to the greatest ideas and designs from around the world. I'm always on the lookout for things that can add functionality or style to my home, just as I know you are.
